Tarsha Morant leads MJE strategic planning, media analysis and research for both the advertising and public affairs disciplines. She is equally adept at developing strategic marketing plans for companies in the private or public sector. Her application of consumer strategies to nonprofits and public agencies has gained national recognition and awards for San Diego County, City of Chula Vista, Port of San Diego, California Bank & Trust, the Academy of Our Lady of Peace and the San Diego County Office of Education. Her grounding in business administration, management and accounting experience is brought to bear on cost recovery and revenue generation plans. She oversees all media buying for the agency and manages media buying agencies for traditional, digital and social media campaigns. Morant leverages media buys for maximum saturation and value-added ROI.

Additionally, Morant’s responsibilities at MJE include account supervision, creative direction and client services, while also assisting with managing agency operations.

She also provides expertise in data analysis, message and materials development, budget management, project scoping and troubleshooting to help assure that client expectations are met. A strategic planner and creative specialist by training, Morant is adept at leading teams in the development of integrated campaigns for print, outdoor, broadcast, digital and direct marketing. She is driven by a simple, professional philosophy: anticipate and exceed the client’s expectations.

Morant holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Education with an emphasis in Biology from The Citadel, the military college in South Carolina, and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from The College of Charleston in South Carolina.
