Amber Lingle joined the MJE Marketing team at the beginning of 2013 as a marketing associate and rose quickly through the ranks to marketing communications manager and director of marketing and client engagement, powered by her superb writing and implementation of marketing, communications and outreach plans, project management and client services. Lingle has worked with First 5 San Diego, Port of San Diego, Maritime Museum – the San Salvador project, County of San Diego Behavioral Health Services and the American Academy of Pediatrics. She serves as primary account executive for County of San Diego Department of Parks and Recreation, San Diego International Airport, Tourism Marketing District, Jamul Indian Village and the Southern Indian Health Council.
Lingle has been instrumental in planning, organizing and executing small and large-scale events and outreach campaigns, from collateral and website development to direct mail execution, logistics, day-of-event support and post-event evaluations.
Prior to MJE, Lingle worked for the March of Dimes Foundation, where she planned large scale fundraising events, wrote sponsorship proposals, developed corporate sponsorship presentations, managed local marketing campaigns and drove more than $900,000 in total profits for the division in fundraising efforts annually.
Lingle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and Sciences from Pennsylvania State University with a minor in Italian Studies. She is a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) and is currently studying Spanish.
